Shipping policy

At Altura we make all efforts to ship to the customer withing 14 days of purchase, and make every endeavour to provide free shipping for all of our customers, though with exceptional items a charge may apply. Us and our suppliers make every effort to get any goods to the consumer in good condition and so if there is any issue upon delivery don't hesitate to contact us contact@alturaelectronics.com and we will treat any issues with the appropriate resolution. Understand that we have no control over the handling of packaging once the items have left our warehouses and so damaged packaging will have to be taken up with the shipping company.
